Sign-up sheet will go out at 9 AM on day one. Only the Momento official sign-up sheet is honored. EACH person must be present to sign up...one name per person. No signup sheets on subsequent days. Thank you!

DAY 1 - (10am-3pm) Prices are firm (we do take bids over 50% on furniture items)

DAY 2- (10am-3pm ) 50% OFF EVERYTHING (the one exception is that gold/silver will never go below spot value)

IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME AT A MOMENTO SALE PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING :

1. CASH ONLY - (Venmo accepted for purchases over $50 with an 8% service fee added) No coins exchanged. Everything is rounded up to the nearest dollar.

2. ALL BAGS ARE SEARCHED- (We will provide baskets and boxes that you can shop with. If you choose to bring in your own bag please understand that we will search through it thoroughly upon your exit. Better just to leave it in the car!)

3. WE CAN NOT HELP LIFT OR LOAD ANY ITEMS - Buyer is responsible for removal of items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our insurance policy does not allow employees to lift or load items.

4. ALL SALES FINAL - Please be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing.

5. HOLD TABLE IS NOT MONITORED! We offer the hold table as a courtesy to make your shopping experience more enjoyable, but we can not be responsible for monitoring it. The safest place for something your are in love with is either in your hands or purchased and put in your car.

6. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS! At any of our sales. ever. Sorry, this is a liability and risk to the homeowner and we have it written in our contract with them.

7. WATCH THE KIDDOS! We love the little ones, but please make sure they are in your arms or holding your hand when at one of our sales. Some items are very delicate! If you need help to reach an item, feel free to ask a crew member for assistance. If you or your child break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

8. DON'T BE 'THAT PERSON' - We kindly ask that you avoid hoarding items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to narrow down what you plan to purchase. This is unfair to others who may be interested in that item and you could be causing us to miss out on the sale.

9. PRESALES - We do offer presales on large furniture pieces on occasion. You'll know these items are available for presale because they will have individual photos marked with the price on them. We are not able to offer any other presales or quote any other prices prior to the sale.
