There will be a list on the morning of the sale, once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates.

Welcome to another True Legacy estate sale. This one is located Ocean Beach. NOTE: it is loaded with stuff and I will be going through things up to the day of the sale so keep checking back for new pictures that I will be adding.
It is loaded with machinists tools and industrial equipment—if you purchase one of the large machines you will be responsible removing it. The garage is full of name brand hand tools and lots of miscellaneous. The owner of the estate built a large scale model of a CASE tractor that actually runs. There are smaller hand-built steam engines. A large Logan Lathe 14 in working condition. A large vintage Supermill, a hydraulic press, band/disc sander, and drill press. There is a photo enlarger and darkroom equipment. Welding equipment: helmets, arc electrodes and a welder. Tons of metal to make bits. Machinists tools, equipment and supplies. Woodworking tools including: an 8" table saw with rip fence & cross-slide, drill press, 10-ton 6 foot hydraulic press, jointer, bandsaw, metal cutoff saw, 2hp 30-gallon air compressor, arc welder, oxy-acetylene torch with various tips including cutting, belt sanders, drill motors, bench grinder, angle grinder, bench vice, wood vice and anvils. There are some great vintage boxes and cans with period lithographs. There is a very nice washer and dryer made by SpeedQueen. The Samsung Stove/microwave and refrigerator are for sale.
Lathe:
The machine lathe is a 14-inch Logan lathe. Extras for the lathe include: 3 and 4 jaw chucks; taper attachment (installed); metric gears (installed); steady rest; bell & live centers; tailstock chucks; various tool holders for the tool post; parting tool; countless high-speed and carbide bits.
An extra that might prove very useful to some would be the 3-phase to 2-phase converter he built. The lathe motor is a 3-phase motor, but 3-phase power is not available to regular housing neighborhoods, only to industrial areas. This allows for the lathe to be used with regular 110 volt, single-phase power.
Mill:
The mill is a Bridgeport-style vertical mill, brand name is SuperMill. It, too, is powered by a 3-phase motor. Extras for the mill include: large machine vise, dividing head, rotary table, boring head, sine bar, fly cutters, collets and drill chucks.
The house is equally as full. Vintage and contemporary furniture, Bavarian china, crystal glassware, Starck upright piano, photography equipment, Griswold cast iron skillets, linens, books, games, christmas decorations and Victorian furniture. There is a large collection of craft china painting blanks for artists to paint. We have some mens clothing.
