Welcome to the home of a vibrant couple who lived an adventurous expatriate life abroad for three decades (Philippines, India, Lebanon, Turkey, Bahrain, Belgium England and Wales) until they retired in 1982.They returned to the US with a trove of souvenirs, many of which you will see in this estate sale. Living in Belgium motivated them to collect beautiful mid-century teak furniture and other teak objects.

The gentleman was a submariner in WW2 and the lady of the house was a nurse during the war,  His years on a submarine peaked his interest in collecting nautical objects and getting the Navy to donate a WWII periscope, that was installed in the Children's section of the Pt. Loma library.  In his honor, the community created a Memorial in the Rose Garden along the water's edge at the end of the 52 boats Memorial in Liberty Station. He was also active with the Point Loma Association (the Mean Green team), USO, the Star of India and the San Diego Air and Space Museum .The lady of the house was also active with the USO, Father Joe's organization, and many other organizations.

This estate has such a variety of interesting, unusual and beautiful one of a kind objects. You will not want to miss this estate!
