Mooncrest Estate Sales - Terms & Guidelines:
- Payment: We accept cash and credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.
- Parking: Street parking is available. Please be considerate by not blocking driveways, and note any posted parking restrictions. Driveway use is reserved for large item pick-ups only.
- Purchasing:
- Our team will issue official sold stickers for purchased items. Once a sticker is placed, the item must be paid for within one hour.
- Kindly refrain from hoarding multiple items to review later, as this takes items off the sales floor and may prevent others from buying.
- All sales are final, and items are sold in their current condition without guarantees or returns. Please inspect carefully before purchase, especially electronics.
- Pricing & Discounts: Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discount information for subsequent days will be posted.
- Large Items: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help for moving and loading large or heavy items. Pick-ups must be completed before the sale ends on the final day unless arranged otherwise.
- Safety & Responsibility: While on the property, please exercise caution. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur.
- Sale Start:
- Doors open at the scheduled time. There will be no early access.
- First Entry numbers will be distributed one hour before the sale starts. Please note we do not recognize third-party sign-up sheets.
- Courtesy Rules:
- If you decide not to purchase an item, please return it to its original location or ask for assistance.
- No food, drinks, or large bags are permitted inside. We offer shopping baskets for your convenience.
- Please respect the property and surrounding neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum, and dispose of trash appropriately.
- No Pre-Sales: We do not provide pricing or sell items before the sale officially begins.
