CASH ONLY as usual, no early sales, no stopping by before sale to be fair to all who come early to the sale, no pre-sales, it is all there for you. We do not buy and sell anything, so prices are low to clear home in a day, and we do! Prices are firm, but we mark down at 2 PM and you may leave a bid in person at the sale as well. We honor a list of you start it and stay with it, asking all who approach to sign up. We reward you with a 30 second advantage.
