General merchandise auction

All sales CASH, MasterCard, Discover, Visa or debit. We do not accept personal checks.
All bidders must have a bidder number. A $200.00 CASH security deposit is required for a bidder number. The cash deposit will be applied to any purchases, and the balance may be paid with MasterCard, Visa or debit. The deposit is fully refundable if no purchase is made. Credit or Debit cards are NOT accepted for the security deposit.
All items must be paid for prior to being removed from premises.
All purchases are subjects to sales tax (unless you hold a valid resale permit, and you have registered it with us.)
There is a 13% buyers premium on all purchases. We offer a 3% discount to cash customers.
All items are sold without any guarantee unless specified by auctioneer.
You are responsible for your items after they are sold.
All items must be paid for and removed by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday (unless prior arrangements have been made with management) after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday all items left are subject to a $50.00 per day storage charge. After 4 days items will be considered abandoned.
Any disputes on bids, or claming of the bid will be settled by the auctioneer, the auctioneer at his sole discretion may elect to re-open the bidding if two or more bidders are claming the bid.
All small miscellaneous items must be removed the day of the auction. We will not be responsible for small items left after the auction.
