Multi Estate Furniture and Home Liquidation Auction

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. We do our best to describe items accurately and provide clear photos; however, it is the bidder’s responsibility to review all information carefully before placing a bid.

This is an online-only auction. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.

Payment:
All payments are processed through Global Payments immediately following the close of the auction. A valid credit card must be on file. Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension and/or being banned from future auctions.

Shipping:
We do not ship in-house. All shippable items will be delivered to our shipping partner, Pak Mail La Jolla, within one week after the auction closes. Once Pak Mail receives your items, they will contact you directly to arrange shipping and collect shipping and handling fees.

Pak Mail will attempt to contact you for up to two weeks. If they are unable to reach you within that time, your items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Buyers must schedule a pickup within one week of the auction closing.

If a pickup appointment is not scheduled within that timeframe, a storage fee of $25 per item, per day will be charged. Items not picked up may be considered abandoned at our discretion, with no refunds.

Condition & Responsibility:
All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated and may show signs of wear consistent with age and use. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, materials, and assistance for loading large or heavy items. We do not provide moving assistance.

Auction Terms:
We reserve the right to add or remove items, split or combine lots, cancel bids, or cancel the sale of any item at our discretion.
