Mid April Auction

By registering and placing bids in this auction, bidders agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Lisa’s Silver Lining Estate Liquidators.

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos and ask any questions prior to bidding.

Payment is required through HiBid at the close of the auction using the registered payment method. Invoices will be sent via HiBid. If an invoice remains unpaid after one week, despite contact attempts, the item(s) will be considered abandoned and will be pulled. The bidder forfeits all rights to the item(s) with no refund.

All sales are final with no refunds, returns, or chargebacks permitted.

Local pickup is available at 1895 Hancock Street inside the Consignment Classics building. The auction house is located downstairs. When arriving at Consignment Classics, turn onto Sutherland Street (the first street), then proceed to the cul-de-sac where you will find us by the roll-up door. Buyers must schedule pickup directly with Lisa at (858) 262-0592, and texting is preferred for faster response. All items must be picked up within one week of auction close. Items not picked up within this timeframe may incur storage fees and are subject to forfeiture without refund.

Pak Mail La Jolla is a third-party shipping service that we use for this auction. Pak Mail is located at 7486 La Jolla Blvd, La Jolla, CA 92037 and can be reached at (858) 456-8573. Shippable items will be delivered to Pak Mail in a timely manner after the auction, as items must first be pulled, prepared, and scheduled for transfer. Pak Mail will contact buyers directly to arrange payment and shipping and will make every reasonable effort to reach each customer. Buyers may also contact Pak Mail directly once they have received the items from Lisa’s Silver Lining Estate Liquidators.

If Pak Mail is unable to establish contact with a buyer after two weeks of repeated attempts, the items will be considered abandoned. At that point, the buyer forfeits their items with no refund.

A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final hammer price of all winning bids. By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge and agree to pay this additional fee as part of their total purchase amount.

By bidding, the bidder acknowledges they are entering into a binding agreement and are responsible for all charges, including shipping, handling, and any applicable fees. Lisa’s Silver Lining Estate Liquidators reserves the right to modify, add, or remove lots, cancel bids, or refuse service at their discretion.
