All sales CASH, MasterCard, Discover, Visa or debit. We do not accept personal checks.
All bidders must have a bidder number. A $200.00 CASH security deposit is required for a bidder number, balance may be paid with MasterCard, Visa or debit. Deposit is fully refundable if no purchase is made. Credit or Debit cards are NOT accepted for the security deposit.
All items must be paid for prior to being removed from premises.
All purchases are subjects to sales tax (unless you hold a valid resale permit, and you have registered it with us.)
There is a 13% buyers premium on all purchases. We offer a 3% discount to cash customers.
All items are sold without any guarantee unless specified by auctioneer.
All items must be paid for and removed by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday (unless prior arrangements have been made with management) after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday all items left are subject to a $50.00 per day storage charge. After 4 days items will be considered abandoned.

We conduct a general merchandise auction every Tuesday at 4pm. We feature brand new and gently used furniture, decorative items, vintage and antique items, collectibles, appliances, electronics, tools, patio furniture, household items and everyday miscellaneous items.
