Please be sure to read these terms before bidding.

Bidding Starts: Sun Sep 13, 2018, 12:00pm PT

Bidding Ends: Wed Sep 19, 2018 beginning at 7:00pm PT. See individual items for exact closing times.

Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed in the last 4 minutes, the auction for that item will automatically extend for an additional 4 minutes.

Pickup: Pickup is limited to Sat Sep 22, 2018 10am-5pm at Loveseat San Diego warehouse

Preview: To ensure you like your item before bidding, please attend our Preview Party Tue Sep 18, 2018 3pm-8pm at Loveseat San Diego warehouse

Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium that will be automatically added to your bid total. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115.

All purchases are subject to sales tax unless you have submitted a valid California reseller license number before the auction closes.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS will be issued in any circumstance. Please attend our auction Preview Party to ensure that you like the item before you bid. We do not refund for any condition issues or breakage.

Bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honor the bid and all the terms of the auction. Carefully review the lot description and your bid amount before submitting.

Max bids will increase the price according to our bid increments. Please check back before the end of the auction to see if someone else has placed a higher bid than your max bid.

Payment is by credit card immediately on auction close. Please do not bid more than your credit limit. If there is an error in processing your payment, the item may be given to the next highest bidder.

Pickup times and dates are fixed and limited. If you can't pick up on the specified date and time, please do not bid. Your auction winnings will be forfeit without refund at the end of the pickup date.

Pickup is DIY - our staff will move your item to our warehouse door but will not put it in your vehicle. Please come prepared with your own resources and tools to remove your purchases in a timely manner. If you are using a third party delivery provider, such as GoShare, your items must be picked up on our removal date.

Loveseat does not arrange shipping but we are happy to work with any third party provider at your own risk. We recommend GoShare as a delivery provider. Their rates start at $39.99.
