We will provide our own sign-in sheet at 6:30am, both days of sale. Do not start your own sign-up sheet. It will not be honored.

Nostalgia Estate Sales (NES) and its Client are not responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may occur on their private property during the estate sale event. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and release NES and its Client from any and all claims or damages arising from such participation. Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of their personal property. NES and its Client are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendance at the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


Attendees are responsible for breakage. Entering any room marked “Do not enter” will earn you an immediate expulsion from the premises.

All sales are final. No returns and no refunds allowed. Please buy with confidence and check your merchandise before leaving the premises.

Attendees are responsible for arranging transport and provide extra helpers to move large items. Please schedule pick up time with NES staff if you need assistance. Furniture not picked up by end of the last day will be considered unclaimed and resold. No refunds.
