-Items can be shipped to customer with added fee. Fees are determined based on shipping location, item type (e.g., weight, size), and quantity of items purchased (discounts offered for bundled items or items purchased in bulk on the final day of the sale).
-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability.
-Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless True Heritage Estate Sales and its Clients, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash, debit/credit cards/Apple & Samsung Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. There is a $10 minimum charge on all cards. We charge a $1 fee on card purchases less than $10.
-We are not responsible for items left unattended after the time of purchase.
-Items must be picked up by customer at scheduled appointment time unless shipping services are arranged with seller.

Call when you arrive so we may provide access. Priority will be given to customers with an appointment. Walk-Ins are accepted contingent on whether there is an appointment ahead of you or not. We will do our best to try and accommodate everyone.
Please note if more than one reservation is received for a single item the system will automatically flag that item for online auction. So be sure to lock in your selections early for the best picks! 🛍️
