-This Auction is being conducted pursuant to section 2328 of the commercial code , Section 535 of the penal code, and the provisions of the California Auctioneer Licensing Act.
-All items are being sold with reserve unless otherwise stated.
-EVERY THING IS BEING SOLD AS IS.
-All bills to be paid by 12/9/17
-We Accept Cash, MasterCard , Visa, and Debit
-Sorry NO Checks personal or business
-All merchandise must be removed from the sale premises by 12/11/17 or 12/12/1710:00am - 5:00pm
"ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER 12/12/17 AT 5:00PM ARE SUBJECT TO A $10.00 PER DAY PER ITEM STORAGE FEE"
-Items Left After 12/13/17 at 5:00pm Will Be Considered Abandoned And The Buyer Will Be Subject To Disposal Fees Without Refund
-The Purchaser is responsible for all cost of removal and all damages caused by the removal of items
-In the event of a tie bid, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding to determine the highest bidder
-Sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate Before The Auction Closes or pay the sales tax.
-You are responsible for all purchases/bids made with your bidder number
