-This Auction is being conducted pursuant to section 2328 of the commercial code , Section 535 of the penal code, and the provisions of the California Auctioneer Licensing Act.
-All items are being sold with reserve unless otherwise stated.

-All Invoices Will Be Charged In Full At The Time Of The Close of The Auction.

-All merchandise must be removed from the sale premises on Wednesday October 14, 2014 Unless Other Arrangements Are Made Prior To The Auction Closing!
-The Purchaser is responsible for all cost of removal and all damages caused by the removal of items
-In the event of a tie bid, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding to determine the highest bidder
-A 15% Buyers Premium Will Be Added To All Sales.
-Sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate or pay the sales tax.
