COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Face coverings are required to be worn at all times during the sale; we will be following the guidelines of the San Diego County Health Officer Order. Unfortunately, we do not have extra masks to distribute, so please bring your own for each member of your party. All customers will be required to sign a disclosure stating that they have not had a fever, cough, or shortness of breath within the past 48 hours, nor have any reason to believe that they have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. This information will be provided to San Diego County HHSA if requested. Customers will be required to practice social distancing and stay six feet (two meters) away from anyone not in their party whenever practicable; capacity inside the home is fixed and entry may be controlled. Hand sanitizer will be available, and high-touch surfaces will be disinfected regularly. We appreciate your patience with and respect for these precautionary measures during these challenging times.

Terms of Sale: FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Sign-up sheet will be available at 8:00am; the first 15 people present and on the list will be admitted promptly at 9:00am. Please observe social distancing between other parties at all times. All items are sold "as-is", with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All sales are final: no returns or exchanges will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment: Cash, Major Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), and PayPal Checkout (Contactless QR Code) will be accepted. Debit/credit card transactions will incur a 2.8% convenience fee (4.3% for non-U.S. cards) and require a valid photo ID. PayPal Checkout (Contactless QR Code) transactions incur no surcharge and work with major U.S. and international debit and credit cards; please download the PayPal app to your mobile device for details.

PLEASE NOTE: No large bags, purses, backpacks, or strollers will be allowed inside. We reserve the right to ask any customer to leave the premises; shoplifters will be prosecuted. The home has a 24/7 security alarm that is always armed, and surveillance cameras may be in use. Please, do not bring children due to the large number of breakables in the home. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Large/Heavy Items: Payment in full is required to reserve any large/heavy items, and must be collected within three days (72 hours) after the conclusion of the sale. We cannot assist with moving, loading, or transporting large items; please bring or hire persons to assist you as necessary. Customers will be responsible for any damage to the property incurred via the moving process. We are not responsible or liable for accidents.

We welcome calls or texts with serious inquiries about specific pieces. Items may be pre-sold at any time; we will do our best to update this listing if any pieces are sold before Saturday, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.
