This is a very quite condo association. Please ONLY LINE UP ON THE STREET where we put our table and NOT in the condo area so as not to wake people. Thanks!!

IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME AT A MOMENTO SALE PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING :
CASH ONLY - (Venmo accepted for purchases over $50 with an 8% service fee added) No coins exchanged. Everything is priced in whole dollar amounts.
NO BAGS - (We will provide baskets and boxes that you can shop with. Please leave yours in the car!)
WE CAN NOT HELP LIFT OR LOAD ITEMS - Please bring your own help as our insurance policy does not allow employees to lift or load items.
ALL SALES FINAL - Please be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
HOLD TABLE IS NOT MONITORED - We offer the hold table as a courtesy to make your shopping experience more enjoyable, but we can not be responsible for monitoring it. The safest place for something your are in love with is either in your hands or purchased and put in your car.
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS - At any of our sales. Sorry, this is a liability and risk to the homeowner and we have it written in our contract with them.
DON'T BE 'THAT PERSON' - We kindly ask that you avoid hoarding items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to narrow down what you plan to purchase. This is unfair to others who may be interested in that item and you could be causing us to miss out on the sale.
PRESALES - We do offer presales on furniture pieces on occasion. You'll know these items are available for presale because they will have individual photos marked with the price on them. We are not able to offer any other presales or quote any other prices prior to the sale.
