Please use visitor parking slots, DO NOT park in fire lanes or in front of garage doors.
There will be a list on the morning of the sale at 7am, once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. We will provide an Official True Legacy Sign-Up sheet on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Once you put your name on the list, you must remain at the property with no exceptions. If you leave, your name will be removed from the list and will need to be re-entered. When you return we will only honor the True Legacy list put out by the associates. NO HANDWRITTEN LISTS will be accepted.
Be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party.
2. We highly suggest checking pictures again Thursday night as owners may take/remove items from the sale that day.
3. Please DO NOT block neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up something or staying for a few minutes. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in the middle of any culdesac. Be respectful of the neighborhood.
4. If you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture, we recommend bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents from home. We also partner with a third party delivery service. Ask us how it works and we will provide you more information.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Double check your items before purchasing. Thank you!
