We accept cash, local checks and credit cards with an administrative fee. No returns. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is". Please bring bags, boxes & packaging materials as those supplies will be limited. Not responsible for accidents. AGAIN ... many of the items are large and heavy. We do not have staff available to move these items. Arrangements must be made to move these items from the property within 2 days of purchase. We do have a list of movers available for you to contact. All dealers must present a "seller's permit" if you are purchasing items for re-sale. Chartwell reserves the right to change prices as required.

The first showing will be on Saturday, May 14^th from 10:00am until 3:00pm.

You must email your request for an appointment along with your email address or phone number. This is a gated community and access will only be granted if you are on the "guest list" at the entrance gate.

An appointment confirmation will be sent to you along with detailed instructions and a map to this lovely home and grounds.
