CASH ONLY - (Venmo accepted for purchases over $50 with an 8% service fee added) No coins exchanged. Everything is priced in whole dollar amounts.
NO BAGS - (We will provide baskets and boxes that you can shop with. Please leave yours in the car!)
WE CAN NOT HELP LIFT OR LOAD ITEMS - Please bring your own help as our insurance policy does not allow employees to lift or load items.
ALL SALES FINAL - Please be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
HOLD TABLE IS NOT MONITORED - We offer the hold table as a courtesy to make your shopping experience more enjoyable, but we can not be responsible for monitoring it. The safest place for something your are in love with is either in your hands or purchased and put in your car.
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS - At any of our sales. Sorry, this is a liability and risk to the homeowner and we have it written in our contract with them.
DON'T BE 'THAT PERSON' - We kindly ask that you avoid hoarding items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to narrow down what you plan to purchase. This is unfair to others who may be interested in that item and you could be causing us to miss out on the sale.
PRESALES - We do offer presales on furniture pieces on occasion. You'll know these items are available for presale because they will have individual photos marked with the price on them. We are not able to offer any other presales or quote any other prices prior to the sale.

Get ready for a beautiful estate sale in an absolutely immaculate, modern home filled with high quality treasures. This is not the sale to come to if you are looking for antiques, as there aren’t many antiques here, but if you love beautiful, well made and high end things, you are definitely going to want to shop this one.
The clothing is the star of the show at this sale.
We are just beginning to go through the closets and are finding an incredible collection of women’s clothing, much of it made from wonderful natural fibers including cashmere, silk, wool and leather. There are also dozens of brand new, in the box shoes and boots from brands including Frye, UGG, Franco Sarto and many more. We are still working our way through the clothing, so we will be adding more brand names as we discover them.
There are also beautiful leather purses and bags, linens, bedding and lots of other great finds.
The rest of the home is filled with beautiful, high quality furniture. There are four beds, a very nice dining table, dressers, chests of drawers, nightstands, desks, a bunk bed and more. All large furniture pieces are available for presale at this sale, so if you see something you love, you can purchase it before the sale begins.
You will also find lots of nice housewares and kitchen items, cookware, dishes, cleaning supplies, holiday decor, frames, lamps, electronics, children’s clothing and toys, LEGO sets and plenty of other household treasures.
There is one more unusual opportunity at this sale. Although this is a very nice, newer home that has been beautifully maintained, the homeowners are completely gutting it for a remodel. Because of that, all of the light fixtures and window coverings are also available for purchase.
We are still uncovering treasures and will continue adding photos and information as we go through the house, especially the clothing.
This is a great sale for anyone who appreciates quality, beautiful furnishings, fabulous clothing and those special finds that you just don’t come across at every estate sale. We hope to see you there!
