* All sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
* We do our best to accurately describe and price all items, but errors may occur.
* Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
* Please bring your own help to move large or heavy purchases. Our staff may not be available to assist with loading.
* Purchased items should be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
* We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while attending the sale. Please use caution, as many homes contain stairs, uneven surfaces, and fragile items.
* Please respect the home, neighbors, and posted restricted areas. Children must remain with an adult at all times.
* No public restrooms are available.
* We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside when necessary for safety and security.
* Merchandise availability is not guaranteed. Occasionally, an item may be removed from the sale by the estate prior to opening. EstateSales.net also recommends companies note this possibility in their listings.
