-Buyer is responsible for moving of furniture or heavy items. We will help when possible.

-As much as we’d like to answer your emails and phone calls regarding pricing etc, we are very busy preparing for the sale and cannot always do so. But we will try!

-Ca State Sales Tax of 8% will be charged unless we have current resale information.  We need to see your resale permit and you need to fill out a card for our files. Thanks for your cooperation.
