Please park in a safe location without blocking the neighbor’s driveway. You may need to park and walk. Please no food, drink or pets in this home. All items are sold “as is” with no refunds or returns.
Restrooms are not available for public use. Please be advised that the Homeowners and Caring Transitions are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on / or near the sale premises. All items must be removed before the end of the sale day.
