We are not responsible for accidents or injury. You enter at your own risk. There are some heavy pieces of furniture. We do not help with moving so you must provide your own muscle. There are stairs so those with mobility issues take note. And there are no public restroom facilities so prepare accordingly. Although we don’t anticipate any issues, we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This is a “cash only” sale so bring enough. And, lastly, all sales are final so inspect your items before purchasing.

Everything in this home is priced to sell. All prices are firm until we do markdowns at 2pm.  We do not plan on having anything left over so don’t be late. We will be posting pictures right up to the night before the sale so check back to see what’s been added.  The person who starts the list and stays with it gets a one minute head start. We look forward to a fun sale.
