There will be a list on the morning of the sale, once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return.

Hello and welcome back again to another extraordinary sale with True Legacy Homes. This time we'll have our sale in the Carmel Valley area. This two-story home will be offering you so many great items. During this sale, you will find fine art and fine China sets, furniture, clothing, and more . Here is a partial list of the contents of this beautiful home.
IMPORTANT NOTE: 1.- Please, we highly suggest to check pictures again Thursday night as owners took/removed items to keep in this same day. 2.- Parking space is very limited at this location, we recommend to park on the street since inside where the units are, are only for visitors and require parking permit. And please, do not block our neighbors driveways or garages if your picking up anything from the sale; be respectful in that manner. 3.- On the other hand, if you're planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture at this sale, we recommend to bring extra help to remove the contents of the home.
