There will be a list on the morning of the sale at put out at 7am for those arriving prior to the opening of the estate sale. Customers will be let into the sale in the order the names appear on the list. Once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates at 7am. True Legacy’s official list will be clearly marked with the company’s logo.
Please use visitor parking slots, DO NOT park in fire lanes or in front of garage doors.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to another amazing True Legacy Homes sale! This charming single story home has wonderful works of art such as a Salvador Dali lithograph, Robert Lyn Nelson Catalina Print, and Alvastone bronze sculpture! We have plenty of furniture to restyle your home, unique dishwares and home accents. We look forward to seeing you there!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- We will provide an official True Legacy signup sheet on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00am. Once you place your name on the list, you MUST remain at the property. If you leave, your name will not be honored and you will need to resign the list upon your new arrival. We will only honor the official True Legacy Homes sign up sheet.
- We highly suggest checking pictures again Thursday night as owners may take/remove items from the sale that day.
- Please do not block neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up something or staying for a few minutes. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in the middle of any culdesac. Be respectful of the neighborhood.
- If you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture, we recommend bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents from home. We also partner with a third party delivery service. Ask us how it works and we will provide you more information.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Double check your items before purchasing. Thank you!
