Terms: All stock available on a “first come, first served” basis. We do not allow holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. All stock is priced as marked and offered as found. This event is open to the public. Please be prepared to remove your purchases before the close of the sale. We accept credit card and cash, but not checks. All sales are subject to 9.5% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. We ask that no large purses, totes or backpacks be brought to the sale site. Shopping bags are provided.

Get ready to experience a truly one of a kind liquidation sale. Unlike our usual sales at private homes, this event will take place at a real Hollywood prop house. Exploring this massive space will leave your jaw dropping at every turn. Unique modern, futuristic, and peculiar items are abound at this fabulous sale.

Since the 1970s, Modern Props has provided Hollywood movie sets with Mid-Century Modern, Art Deco, Bauhaus & Post Modern home & office furnishings and artwork. Much of the designer furniture and lighting inventory was acquired at the Milan Furniture Fair over the past 40 years and has been very well maintained. With two massive warehouses stacked full with designer lighting, home & office furnishings, artwork, sculptures, futuristic props, unique set pieces, and more, it’s difficult to overstate how amazing this liquidation sale will be! Own a piece of Hollywood history or completely refurnish your home with designer furniture & art from your favorite films.

The Modern Props Liquidation Sale will run over two weekends (Friday to Sunday), with fresh stock each weekend.
