PAYMENTS AND FINALITY | Payments must be made within the designated timeframe using the methods specified in the auction details. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or errors during the auction process. In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of an auction, our liability is limited to refunding registration or bidder fees, if applicable. Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any auction at our sole discretion, and any changes will be communicated promptly.
