All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax (No Sales Tax on Autos/Trucks) added to all invoices. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
This auction features a large assortment of men's clothing, toys, kitchen items, and more! Due to space issues, photos of entire lots were difficult to take.
You are bidding for items as they are photographed. Unless otherwise noted, no electronics have been tested. Measurements are all approximations. All items are sold as is, in the present condition, with imperfections, either visible or not. Please reach out to shop@consortiumasc.com for any questions on any of the items listed.
There is a 10% buyer's premium and CA sales tax will be added to all invoices. Invoices are sent that the end of the auction to the email address that is on file. If you prefer to pay via PayPal, the invoice information will provide you with the email address to use for payment. To expedite the process, we ask that invoices be paid for prior to pick up. Appointments can be made by emailing us at shop@consortiumasc.com. *Failure to pick up your items in the allotted timeframe will result in the items being forfeited and disposed of accordingly. There will be no refunds for lots that are not picked up and we have not received communication.
Please remember to bring help if you have purchased any large items or need help packing your items. We are not able to provide help with moving. If you require a moving service, we can recommend one. You need to make arrangements with us ahead of time. Packing materials are limited so please bring your own.
Unsold lots will be available for purchase the day of pick up. We accept Square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or cash for payment of those items.
