 Everyone must wear a mask and we will be checking everyone’s temperature before you will be allowed to enter.
If you would like to wear gloves please bring your own, all staff will be wearing gloves.
We are enforcing social distancing rules throughout the property .

There will also be tape lines on the ground at the checkout and entrance for social distancing.

We will also be closing every hour on the hour to do a walk-through spray sanitation of items that are for sale. No big purses allowed, please bring an open box to collect your goodies in that you want to purchase. There will be a hold table, by the cashier.
For large items  you will need to bring your own muscle and transportation, there will be no muscle and or transportation available at the sale. 
 

Please respect us and each other so that everyone can have a safe shopping experience. We know it is difficult these days to do anything but if we all work together and don’t infringe on each other‘s space and have patience with each other it should go smoothly.
Patience is going to be a huge part of our daily lives from now on.

As long as the stores are open we can open if we follow the rules.

Please no strollers, the space in the house does not accommodate them. Also, wheelchairs and walkers will be a challenge, also. 

This is a 2~story home, with items on both stories for sale. There is 1 entrance, the front door and 1 exit, the large garage door where the cashier is. 

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards with proper identification. No checks.
