Thank you for shopping with Heart & Home Estate Sales! We aim to create a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. By entering our sale, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final.
• Items are sold as-is. No warranties or guarantees.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Payment options: credit cards, tap-to-pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
• Delivery may be available with prior arrangement and agreement.
• Shop at your own risk. Heart & Home Estate Sales assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred on the property.
• Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or access points.
• Admittance may be limited due to insurance, safety, or fire-code requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entrance to anyone as needed for the safety and comfort of others.
• Please respect taped-off areas, blocked entrances, and all posted signs.
• We do NOT honor ANY waiting lists that do not have OUR logo.
