Where can I find the App?

You can download the app in the app store, it works with Apple and Android devices.

If I downloaded the app you built last year, do I need to do it again?

The previous App is defunct. Unfortunately the developer Buildfire was unable to produce a working app and was not able to honor our contract. After legal attempts for a refund or a functional product we have opted to turn a new leaf and work with a local developer and start fresh. You will need to download the new app.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you will need to create an account to shop with us.

How will I pay for my items?

We are currently accepting payments at curbside pickup. Cash, check, and Zelle to 650-646-4343. In the future we will be adding a payment feature within the app at checkout.

What about Instagram?

We will still be using @kuzakscloset and @shopkuzakscloset to share sale previews and start times. Depending on the structure of the project we may still utilize "Instagram Live" sales, posts and stories. You will always be notified of the sale format before the sale starts - App, posts, stories, live, etc.

Why the app? I don't like change!

Instagram has been an amazing platform since we launched @shopkuzakscloset in 2017. It has helped make our private liquidation service a thriving success. With the pros there are also cons. We are looking forward to a more efficient experience for you as shoppers to be able to see all of the items for sale at once and filter by sold/unsold as well as a more more streamlined work environment for our sales team.

What if a shopper puts something in their cart and doesn't buy it?

There is a time limit on each item of 5 minutes. Once the item is added to a cart the timer begins. After 5 minutes the item will need to be purchased or it will be released back into the active items list.

Where is the pickup?

Pickup will still be at the estate where the items have been posted from. You will receive the city information with pickup dates and times for each sale, once you make a purchase you will receive the address and a reminder for the pickup times.

What if I don't pick the item up?

If you cannot pick up during the stated pickup window please understand that you will be forfeiting your item and you will no longer be permitted to shop with us.

What do I do if the app freezes up or I have technology issues?

I have spent close to 18 months planning and building this app and while I know it's still a work in progress I believe it will be an improved shopping experience. We look forward to you joining us on this journey and we hope that shoppers who have been frustrated with Instagram can join in on the fun with this simple straight forward platform.

When is your first app sale?

Our first app sale will be Thursday April 20th from a San Jose estate near Santana Row. Download it and shop, we look forward to seeing you soon!
