LOTS OF PARKING ALONG THE STREETS - EITHER SIDE OF THE STREET.

A LIMIT OF 15-20 PEOPLE AT A TIME TO ENTER THE HOUSE FOR ESTATE SALE SHOPPING DUE TO FOLLOWING CDC RULES OF 6 FT APART. ONCE SOME SHOPPERS LEAVE, THEN THE NEXT COUPLE ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER.
PLEASE RESPECT EVERY SHOPPER'S CHANCE TO SHOP AND LOOK AND BUY ITEMS, SO PICK YOUR ITEMS WISELY AND ALLOW OTHERS IN TO SHOP AS WELL.

STEPS WALKING UP TO THE HOUSE. INSIDE THE FAMILY ROOM THERE IS A SHORT RAMP GOING DOWN INTO THE FAMILY ROOM.

PLEASE DO NOT RUSH IN, PLEASE DO NOT PUSH OTHERS. PLEASE WAIT AND CAREFULLY ENTER THE HOME.
HOLD OF ITEMS MAY BE HELD UP TO 20 MINUTES IN YOUR BOX, AFTER THAT TIME PERIOD YOUR HOLD ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SOLD.

We gladly accept Cash and all Major Credit / Debit Cards. Sales Tax On All Sales for Santa Clara Zip Code 95128 is 9.13% calculated on Cash and Credit Card Sales. We no longer take checks. All SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

We hope to see you at our 3- Day-Estate Sal, Sales Dates are Friday, July 8, Saturday, July 9, Sunday, AFTER CHURCH, July 10 (10am) or at a future Estate Sale. We do not offer Pre-Sale pricing or pricing over the phone. Please note all sales terms and conditions, all licenses, signage are displayed.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse business service to anyone - for the safety and well-being of the customers and the establishment itself.

NOTE: Please bring your Truck/Van, Dolly, and your Helpers. You will need your own Help to move items. If you require a Moving Company we can connect you to a Moving Service. Furniture shall require your own Helpers, so please plan accordingly.

PLEASE WATCH ALL YOUR STEPS AT ALL TIMES. BLUE TAPE IS MARKED FOR STEPS.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND OWN LIABILITY.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Accessibility to the front of house is permitted with a walking cane. The house is very tight so there is no room for a wheelchair or seated walker due to many steps and tight spaces.

GARAGE Inside Area access via the Kitchen Step Down:
There are steps down from the Kitchen into the GARAGE. WATCH YOUR STEP AT ALL TIMES.

POOL:
There is a pool in the backyard. Caution Tape will prohibit You from going past. There are Garden Items. These Garden/Patio Items will be available along the Side Yard. You will not need to go near the POOL Area.

PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE AND ANY TEAM MEMBER WILL ASSIST YOU.

ANNOUNCEMENT CASHIER STATION: Please practice 6 Foot Social Distancing and kindly wait your turn to make your payments. There will be a cashier/pay station in the house situated in the Family Room area. Next to the pay station is a small "Wrapping Station". Due to COVID, We ask that You please wrap your own items, plenty of wrapping is available and limited amount of boxes. Please pay for All Your Items at the designated Cashier Station.
Email List: The email list/marketing table is at the entrance/exit to sign up for a future Estate Sale. Upon entrance or exit, please use the Sanitizer when needed.

MOVING GREEN TODAY LLC protects the privacy of the Family. We do not answer any questions about the Family, or about the Property. Please do not ask these questions. Please direct all questions to the Property Manager/available business cards. We thank you so much in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS ARE "AS IS", "PRE-OWNED" and how you find them. Please be sure to ASK FOR ASSISTANCE. The items have been cleaned and organized and very well displayed in lovely creative displays for your shopping enjoyment.

DEALERS: Dealers please show your ID and certification of State Board of Equalization Reseller's license in order that you do not have to pay the sales tax added to your purchase. You will be asked to show your ID and certification of State Board of Equalization at check-out.

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE: First Come - First Serve. We do not keep any lists. Please no bumping others, grabbing, hoarding, pushing, or rushing, (or holding items over 20 minutes) into the house, garage areas or other areas. Please be respectful of each shopper visiting this Wonderful Estate Sale to have an enjoyable memorable Experience.

PLEASE "THINK GREEN" and plan to bring your own recycle bag(s), carry boxes to hold your items, and to carry your purchased items home. We will have some paper bags offering as well. We will have various hold boxes to hold your items during your shopping experience.

ORANGE CONES MARKING - Please NO PARKING in driveway only if you are loading large items, such as Furniture, Appliances, Sewing Machines, Dressers, Side Tables or Large Paintings or other Equipment. "LOADING ZONE" Signage noted in the driveway. Please ask for assistance in advance, and we will remove the Loading Signs so that you can park your cars in the driveway. Thank you very much in advance for following these instructions.

FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Please be respectful of the neighbors, please do not park in the driveways of the neighbors, please do not block or park in the driveways of the Estate Sale house or block the mail boxes for mail deliveries and for garbage pick ups for neighbors.
We will ask you to move your car if you have blocked the driveways or mail boxes.

AGED 13 AND OLDER PERMITTED:
Teenagers aged 13 and over are permitted. Please no pets allowed (service animals allowed). Babies in their Mother's arms are allowed. No under age children due to collectibles and glassware.

Moving Company: If you require A Moving Company for the furniture, we can provide you the name of a Moving Company.. Moving Green Today LL will not be "moving or lifting furniture".
