Terms & Conditions

For Buyers:
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
• Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept cash and approved electronic payments.
• Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items within the designated time frame.
• Large item removal must be coordinated and completed safely—Apex is not responsible for accidents or damages during removal.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase.
• Entry to sales is at your own risk. Apex is not liable for accidents or injuries on the premises.

For Clients (Sellers):
• A signed agreement is required prior to scheduling services.
• Commission rates and fees will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Apex reserves the right to determine pricing, staging, and sale strategy to maximize overall results.
• Unsold items may be donated, removed, or otherwise handled per client agreement.
• Payment to clients will be issued within the agreed-upon timeframe following the sale.
• Clients must disclose any known issues, restrictions, or special conditions related to the property or items.
