We strive to make every estate sale an enjoyable experience for our customers. Please review the following terms before attending:

* All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
* All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
* Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
* We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
* Prices are firm on the first day unless otherwise noted. Discounts may be offered on subsequent sale days at the discretion of Collector Care.
* We are unable to provide loading assistance. Please bring adequate help and appropriate vehicles for large or heavy purchases.
* Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with staff.
* Collector Care and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen items. Enter the property at your own risk.
* Please be respectful of the home, neighboring properties, and all posted parking regulations.
* Children must remain with an adult at all times.
* Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses may be restricted at the discretion of staff.
* Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
* We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home for safety and security.
* A sign-in sheet may be used prior to opening. Entry will generally be honored in sign-in order; however, Collector Care reserves the right to modify entry procedures as needed for safety and efficient customer flow.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
