SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate you may upload it to your account profile, by selecting the “Are you a reseller” tab.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer's premium is added to each item purchased. If you bid $100.00 your invoice total will be $115.00 plus any applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL

All items must be removed no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Saturday, October 21st, 2023.

PICK-UP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 10/21/23 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 A.M. AND 5:00 P.M. FOR EVEN NUMBERED BIDDERS.

THE PICK-UP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, OR LOG INTO YOUR ESTATE 360® ACCOUNT AND SELECT "INVOICES". ALL SALES COMPLETED BY ESTATE 360 ARE TRUE AUCTIONS, BY LEGAL DEFINITION. OUR SOFTWARE IS BUILT TO SIMULATE A "LIVE" AUCTION EVENT, WHEREAS BIDDING WILL NOT CLOSE AS LONG AS BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO "SNIPE" BID. IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE FINAL TWO MINUTES REMAINING ON AN ITEM'S CLOCK, THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED FOR 5 MINUTES GIVING "YOU" THE BIDDER, A CHANCE TO RE-BID. EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NO FURTHER BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THE SALE CLOSES AT A RATE OF THREE ITEMS PER MINUTE, PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE TIME REMAINING CLOCK ON ITEMS OF INTEREST.
