True Legacy Estate Sales

Welcome dear customers to another great estate sale with some fantastic art work by an Emily Roberson. Here it’s a brief bio of her life and art collection.

Emily Roberson, born outside the country, has lived in Southern California. The common theme she weaves throughout her work is the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature. Her paintings are light and airy, designed to bring happiness and pleasure to her viewers’ souls.

For over two decades, Emily has primarily worked in watercolors. In recent years, she’s expanded her media skills to include acrylic and pastels. She’s studied with internationally acclaimed wildlife artists Joe Garcia and Adele Earnshaw for 23 years and has taken special classes and workshops with numerous other renowned artists.

Emily’s exceptional work has earned her numerous awards at art shows and galleries, and she’s achieved the status of a pro-master artist. She’s a member of the Escondido Art Association and has served on its executive board for eight years, presiding as the EA president for three of those years.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. We are delighted to announce that we will be providing an official True Legacy List on the first day of the sale. The list will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Please be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party whose names will be on the list. For example, you can enter "Lee + 3 (San, Chan, Lisa)
2. We strongly recommend that you review the photos again on Thursday night. Owners took or removed items to keep them in the same day.
3. Please be respectful and avoid blocking neighbors' driveways, even if you are only picking up items or staying for a short period.
4. On the other hand, if you plan to purchase heavy or large furniture items at this sale, we suggest bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have a third-party delivery service available. Please ask us about how it works, and we will provide you with more information.
5. All sales are final! Please double-check your items and, if possible, test any electronics before making a purchase. There are no refunds!
