All sales are final with no returns. All items are sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. No cash purchases with $50/$100 bills unless summed amount accumulated to $20 or less in change required to give back. Sorry, we do not take checks. Please bring your own bags / boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed in the home. Please bring help to load large items. Estate Sales by Nova Lux and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. If we hold items after your purchase, they must be removed at the end of sale. Nova Lux will provide a log sheet depending on the result of incoming traffic. We will see you soon!
