**You will need to bring labor and a truck to move large items/furniture.
**You assume your own risk while on the sale property. Company or client are not liable for injury, damages or loss of personal items.
**There is plenty of street parking. --Please do not block driveways.

This estate sale has SO MUCH and is ABSOLUTELY LOADED with a wide variety of vintage items – some of these items have never been used and are still in the original box.
HIGHLIGHTS OF SALE INCLUDE:
- An assortment of decor styles - Mid Century Modern, Victorian, Italian, Mexican, etc.
- This is the home of a former restaurant owner and there are multitudes of different types of dishware, fine china, glassware (of all types & some still in original boxes including Waterford), cookware (huge pots, enamel sets, stainless sets etc.), bakeware, barware, stainless bowls of all sizes (including very large), pottery bowls & dishes, flatware, silverware, silver-plate pieces, beautiful tea cup sets, cookbooks and kitchen accessories – (there’s seriously enough here to start your own restaurant or two!)
- There is a vintage yellow Formica dining set, formal wood dining set, large sofa, headboard, dressers, nightstands, end tables, accent tables, sewing machine w/cabinet, desks and various styles of chairs. Some pieces may need some TLC but if you love refurbishing furniture – there are great pieces here to work with.
- You’ll find an old Coke machine, metal cabinets, storage trunks, toolboxes, shopvacs and tools.
- There’s an abundance of porcelain, ceramic and glass figurines along with a variety of collectibles, wall art, crystal, lamps, vases and planters. Many religious and Christmas items are for sale as well.
- Ephemera of all kinds – vintage post cards, greeting cards, catalogues, advertisements, menus, magazines (MANY different cooking magazines from previous decades.) Ballet, opera and musical magazines and programs. There are a few pop culture magazines and items with a strong focus on the Kennedys. Some of these magazines go back to the 1950s.
- Musical records, cassette tapes, CDs, 8 tracks and reel to reels of different genres are available, this includes music such as, opera, Mexican, pop and classical. There are also VHS tapes, DVDs, VideoDiscs, and some electronics.
- Some odds and ends at the estate sale include: a comic book collection, Conan comic books/graphic novel collection, various books ( fiction & non-fiction) video games, TVs, a snowboard, a large birdcage, old suitcases, sewing machines, a student desk, a Sanyo pachinko game, some very vintage clothing and a wedding dress!
- **Please note: the majority of this sale is a traditional estate sale - there are some items such as tools, some dishes & miscellaneous that may be categorized as more of ‘picker-type shopping’ — feel free to bring gloves if you feel necessary.
