We do not have an official list; if you find a list it's not ours. We do not believe in night-before lists, as they are unfair. Our policy has always been first come, first serve - First person there stays, same for the second and third and so on.
WE ARE NOT MOVERS, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN HELP!
All items sold "AS-IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. Homeowner is not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale.
When parking, please be respectful of neighbors and neighbor's driveways.
All items sold "as is." and all sales are final. Pets are not allowed into the sale. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property and/or other shoppers at all times.
Pricing will not be quoted over the phone, text or via email as we cannot be 100% positive on each items tagged sale price and do not want to give the wrong price to you.

Approximately 24” length replica of San Pedro fishing boat model
Decorative outside windmill (about 7’ tall)
Koa wood Ukulele
Flatware sets, Asian tea set,
Many potted plants, incl. Plumerias
Tools, - Craftsman Tool Chest-on Chest, Air compressor, large metal utility cart,
Maytag washer and dryer both working
Stereo Sound System - include. Turntable and speakers
Records- mostly Country Western, Tupperware, stuffed animals,
Collection of religious statues- Mary, La Pieta, Sacred Heart, etc. other religious articles
Kitchenware’s - small appliances, dish sets, glasses, stemware, serving pieces, casseroles (Fireking, Pyrex) overflowing into bedrooms,
1970’s vintage avocado green serving pieces
