We accept Cash & Credit Cards (with $20 minimum purchase plus 2%) , no checks, we must charge applicable sales tax unless you have a resale license, that can be verified. No Children under 12/No Pets. Sale will be conducted rain or shine on a first come, first served basis. This sale is in a private home on quiet street. ALL items are sold "as is", "where is". You are entering the property at your own risk . We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur at the property. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES, WRAPPING MATERIALS, BAGS & MUSCLE to pick up large items. No purses or backpacks. All purchases must be removed by the end of the sale day. Description & Details

From the estate of a life-long student, devout, world traveler, collector, animal lover, musician, artist with a special attraction to the Asian Aesthetic, and the arts and crafts of Native Americans of the Southwest,  we have a lovely household full of useful, attractive, vintage, antique, contemporary and eclectic items. Three generations are represented here, the family was originally from the Pittsburgh area, relocated to Pasadena in the 20's then to Lake Arrowhead and our former owner moved to San Pedro in the early 80’s.  An attic was constructed to span the length of the house to hold items some dating back to the mid-1800’s. Three weeks to unpack and set this sale, plan to spend some time, there is so much to see, the ocean view is spectacular – Lunch at the Busy Bee – Walker & 25th! More Photos to come!
