With this in mind we are happy to honor a sign up list. However the rules are quite clear. Once you put your name on the list you must be in attendance! You may be in your car (especially with winter weather coming) but you must note that next to your name. It is the responsibility of all to work together and follow the rules. Lets try and make this work to the benefit of all.
