YTT Estate Sales San Ramon 2-Day On-Site Sale

Thank you for attending our estate sale.
The first party to arrive may post a sign-up sheet near the entrance. We honor the sign-up sheet order at opening.
Enter at your own risk. By attending any of our estate sales, you agree to assume all risks and hold harmless Yesterday Today and Tomorrow Estate Sales and Liquidation, LLC from any and all liability. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting from attendance at our sales.
Please do not rush the door when entry begins.
Be kind and respectful to others, and do not block entry or access.
Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions regarding an item or its price.
Estate sales are often crowded. Close proximity to others may be unavoidable and may be uncomfortable for some attendees.
Please pay attention to all posted signs throughout the home. Some signs are safety-related and must be followed.
Please do not take items that another person is already holding or actively examining.
By entering the sale, you consent to being recorded by security video devices. Security cameras may be in use at sale locations.
Please place a sold sticker on an item only after speaking with us and when you are ready to purchase. Be sure your name is clearly written on the sticker.
Any sold sticker placed without our knowledge or approval will not be honored.
Please do not remove or alter sold stickers.
Hoarding items is not allowed. Please honor your bids. If you are unsure about a purchase, please speak with us — we are happy to discuss and reach an agreement.
You are welcome to bring your own shopping bags or boxes. Please do not bring large handbags, large pets, food, or drinks. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help to move large or heavy items.
Children must be kept within arm’s reach at all times.
We accept cash and credit cards. All sales are final, with no refunds. Buyers are responsible for verifying item condition and suitability prior to purchase. Assistance for loading large items must be provided by the buyer.
Any damage caused while moving or removing purchased items must be repaired or corrected by the purchasing party.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
