Cash only sale, no holds, all items must be out of the house by the end of the sale on Saturday. Watch your step, not responsible for accidents.
House is occupied so please do not disturb the residents. Sign up sheet will be out at 7 AM.
All items sold as is, please examine your purchases carefully, no refunds or exchanges.
Please bring help to move large or heavy items, we cannot do it for you, arrange for your own transportation, or we know a mover that can help.
No public restrooms. Watch your step, not responsible for falls or injuries.
Back yard and patio is packed, some uneven surfaces, be careful.
Bring boxes to shop into, but no bags please.
