Conditions of Sale

All purchases must be paid for in full and removed by specified times: Saturday August 26 from 3p-5p. Sunday August 27 from 9a-1p. Monday August 28 through Wednesday August 30 9a-3:30p.

All sale are final. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.

PAYMENTS: Cash, Debit, or Credit. Out of State customers must pay via Wire Transfer unless otherwise approved by the auctioneer.

All Items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS and with ALL FAULTS.” Please inspect all items prior to bidding. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, South Coast Auction (SCA) and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty, expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults, proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. Items may be added or deleted from sale for any reason at any time.

FEES: All lots come with a 20% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax at 9.25% in addition to the winning bid amount. Invoice when receipted is the Bill Of Sale. Payment of Invoice constitutes acceptance of listed property without guaranty or warranty.

LOAD OUT AGREEMENT: Buyer must pay in full and load out by time posted or announced. All merchandise not loaded out on time is left at SCA entirely at the buyer’s own risk for any and all losses due to damage, theft, weather etc. SCA will assist load out at the buyer’s own risk and request. SCA will NOT be responsible for any damages to items purchased, personal property or person that occur during load out. At the discretion of the auctioneer, late pick up is subject to a per diem storage and handling fee. Large quantities of left over items may be subject to a higher fee. Any items left beyond 30 days are subject to ownership forfeit back to SCA with no refund and to be resold at auctioneer discretion.
