Do not bring your own stickers to mark sold. These will not be honored as reserving the item. Only Grasons Staff are to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. If you try and return an item that was marked sold, then you will not be allowed to make any more purchases that sale day. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. No large purses will be allowed. Bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Sale Specialists and the property owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the property. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign in sheet will be posted before start of sale on first day only. The Grasons sign in sheet will be the only sheet used.
