NOTICE: You will need to park on the street and walk up a long driveway.  If you make large purchases you may drive up to pick up your items.  This private home has many uneven surfaces, low hanging items, dust, spiderwebs, sharp objects and will not be advised for anyone using mobility aids such as walkers, wheelchairs and strollers.   

Small pets ok, ONLY if you can carry them.  As a private home, there are no pets allowed to roam around inside.  We appreciate your respect to the home owners who live in the home. 

Please be respectful of the residents who are currently living in the home and do not knock on the door.  The sale will start promptly at 9am.  There will be a designated line up area on the street - do not line up in the driveway until directed to do so to allow for staff and resident cars to drive up to the house.  

The walk up the drive will be worth it though!!!  

Sale consists of one very large many car garage chock full of treasures, tools, vintage electronics, camping, you name it.  

Then there is an large indoor bonus/game room with a pool table, sports equiptment, tons of camera and camera equipment, electronics, old cell phones, vintage board games, large sectional sofa, small wood furniture, two recliners, two swivel club chairs, coffee table, Christmas, kitchen stuff, Raytheon items, model cars, train table with tons of train stuff,  clothing etc.

Lots of stuff will be out in large driveway as well, walker, canes, more Christmas, books, decorative bric-a-brac...

And lastly there is a large covered side area with more garden tools, two large carport canopies in the box, furniture, vintage lighting and lots of other random stuff.
