THERE ARE PARKING RESTRICTIONS LIMITATIONS FROM 8AM TO 6PM ON NEIGHBORING STREETS. YOU CAN ONLY PARK FOR 2 HOURS ON SOME OF THE SIDE STREETS. PLEASE NOTE THESE PARKING SIGNS. PLEASE PLAN TO RETURN TO YOUR CAR, MOVE YOUR CAR TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU ARE STAYING LONGER THAN 2 HOURS.

LOTS OF PARKING ALONG THE STREETS LEADING UP TO THE HOUSE ON EITHER SIDE OF THE STREET.

PLEASE RESPECT EVERY SHOPPER'S CHANCE TO SHOP AND LOOK AND BUY ITEMS, SO PICK YOUR ITEMS WISELY AND ALLOW OTHERS IN TO SHOP AS WELL. PLEASE DO NOT RUSH IN, PLEASE DO NOT PUSH OTHERS. PLEASE WAIT AND CAREFULLY ENTER THE HOME.

We gladly accept Cash and all Major Credit Cards. Sales Tax On All Sales for Santa Clara Zip Code 95051 is 9.% calculated on Cash and Credit Card Sales. We no longer take checks. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone - for the safety and well-being of the customers and the establishment itself.

NOTE: Please bring your Truck/Van, Dolly, and your Helpers. You will need your own Help to move items. If you require a Moving Company we can connect you to a Moving Service.

ENTRANCE:
You may enter through the Front Inner Courtyard Door. You may enter through the Garage.
The backyard has 3 tables set up with several Records for your looking through and shopping experience.

NOTE:
Please WATCH YOUR STEPS in all areas throughout the house and garage. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEPS! Watch all marked areas with blue tape and and orange cones in the driveway.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Accessibility to the courtyard, and house, and garage and back area of the property is permitted with a walking cane, or seated walker chair, or walker. However, there is no room for a wheelchair in these tight spaces. The house is narrow and very small small bedrooms.

GARAGE Inside Area:
The garage area is a low bearing ceiling.

PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE AND ANY TEAM MEMBER WILL ASSIST YOU.

ANNOUNCEMENT CASHIER STATION: There will be a cashier/pay station in the inner courtyard. Next to the pay station is a "hold table". You may also place boxes in areas along the house wall with your "name/hold tag on the boxes". Please pay for All Your Items at the designated Cashier Station. Please patiently wait your turn in line to make your payments.

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE: First Come - First Serve. We do not keep any lists. Please no grabbing, hoarding, pushing, or rushing into the house, garage areas or house areas and please be respectful of each shopper visiting this Wonderful Estate Sale.

PLEASE "THINK GREEN" and plan to bring your own recycle bag(s), carry boxes to hold your items, and to carry your purchased items home. We will have some paper bags offering as well. We will have various hold boxes to hold your items during your shopping experience.

ORANGE CONES MARKING - Please No Parking in driveway only if you are loading large items, such as Furniture, Appliances, Large Boxes of Records or other Equipments. "Loading Zone" Signage noted in the driveway. Please ask for assistance in advance, and we will remove the Loading Signs so that you can park your cars in the driveway. Thank you very much in advance for following these instructions.

FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Please be respectful of the neighbors, please do not park in the driveways of the neighbors, please do not block or park in the driveways of the Estate Sale house or block the mail boxes for mail deliveries and for garbage pick ups for neighbors.
We will ask you to move your car if you have blocked the driveways or mail boxes.

RED ZONES:
There are several corner "red zones" on the streets and side streets. Please note you cannot park in the "red zones" areas. You will be towed.

Teenagers aged 13 and over permitted. Please no pets (service animals allowed).

Moving Company: If you require A Moving Company for the furniture, we can provide you the name of a Moving Company for you. Moving Green Today LL will not be "moving or lifting furniture".
