All sales are final and everything will be sold 'As Is'. Please be mindful if you must bring your children as there will be many breakables and a pool.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The house has been fully equipped with a cloud recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.
**We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly. ***

This sale is located in a beautiful estate inside the Circle J Ranch (Santa Clarita) area! There is a great selection of quality furniture, a large Lladro collection, very nice patio furniture and much more! This truly is the Estate sale to attend if you need to upgrade or update your furniture and get ready for the Holidays!!
Furniture and other Decor~ solid oak kitchen table with chairs, sofas and loveseats, many beautiful curio/display units including a stunning China Cabinet made by Pennsylvania House. There’s nice bedroom furniture (dressers with mirrors, chest of drawers, night stands, etc), side tables, an iron and glass top coffee table with matching end table, sofa back table, and a beautiful floor lamp with crystal accents. We also have a nice Pennsylvania House sleeper sofa, a Schwinn exercise bike, a media console, oak tea cart, leather bar stools, and many artificial potted plants. All the furniture here is quality, made by high end manufacturers and is in excellent condition! You will also find a great selection of home decor.... everything from beautiful pottery to large iron wall mirrors.
Garden/Patio~ Patio tables with chairs and an umbrella, a bistro patio set, two lounge chairs, many potted plants, a free standing basketball hoop, and other yard art.
Kitchenware~ Bakeware, pizza stones, soup tureens, etc

Collections~ There is a very nice lladro collection, Waterford Crystal (Waterford bowls, wine hocks, water goblets, and ornaments. Just in time for the Holidays!). Swarovski, a Marty Bell signed and numbered lithograph “Devon Roses”, a signed lithograph by C.J. Sternberg, Murano Sommerso glass, Madame Alexander, American Girl, Precious Moments, Italian pottery, Longaberger basket collection, and more!
