We charge sales tax at all of our events. Sales tax for Los Angeles is 9.5%
Large bags, purses and boxes prohibited due to loss prevention. Clear plastic bags and see through plastic crates and boxes accepted. We provide hold tables for your convenience.

Attendees are responsible for breakage. Estate sale attendees entering any restricted areas will earn an immediate expulsion from the premises. Bullying or harassment of neighbors, other guests or staff will also result in expulsion.
All sales are final. No returns and no refunds allowed. Please buy with confidence and check your merchandise before leaving the premises.
Attendees are responsible for arranging transport and provide extra helpers to move large items. Please schedule pick up time with NES staff if you need assistance. Furniture not picked up by end of the last day will be considered unclaimed and resold. No refunds.

This home belongs to a prolific author, theater critic and magazine editor who has filled each room with cherished artwork, sculptures and whimsical, sophisticated decor. Everything must go, including original Manet & Renoir etchings, Bijan Bahar sculptures, oak dining room table, china cabinet, desk, chairs, sectional Italian sofa, kitchenware, rare blues & classical vinyl records (VG+ & NM), CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, art books, movie & theater poster art, rare self-published poetry & chapbooks, rare first editions and much more.

April 26 UPDATE: Please be aware that there are PARKING RESTRICTIONS in the neighborhood. Read the parking signs and plan accordingly! The estate sale is taking place in a THREE STORY CONDO. There are a total of three flights of stairs inside the condo to navigate between floors and a fourth set of stairs from the street to the front door entrance. By entering this property, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and release NES and its Client from any and all claims or damages arising from such participation.
