House is filled with quality furniture and furnishings

including a lovely four-leg Henredon Federal-style mahogany side board, an

antique hall tree-bench, Hollywood Regency curved sofa with matching

barrel swivel chairs, two mid century upholstered chairs, mid century

swag lamps,  oak desk and library glass modular shelf units (lawyer's

bookcases), mid century modern teak dining chairs and teak coffee table.

Plus a full suite of dining room furniture including breakfront. 

There are a recumbent bike and a couple of vintage Schwinn bicyles.

Also some vintage furniture pieces in garage that need refinishing.

Seven-year-old Samsung double door stainless fridge

plus smaller one with top-door freezer for small

apt. or garage. Also small applicances and flatware.

Besides the garage tools, there's a room featuring

high end deWalt tools, Husky tool chest, sanders, drills,

meters, wrench sets, and precision instruments.  All in mint condition and

some just like new.  There's a handful of women's and men's clothing

including Ralph Lauren shirts, Loro Piana cashmere sports jacket and vintage

chinchilla jacket. 

Also, along with some nice vintage Parisian oil scenes and

other oils, some terrific framed vintage and antique maps.

Collectibles include Nancy Ann Storybook and Barbie dolls,

Polaroid Land Camera, ceramic masks, vintage books

and records/CDs/DVDs.  Outside are mature potted succulents,

vintage patio sets, Weber and Brinkman barbeques, and a garage

full of discoveries. 

In addition, there will be a 1986 Mercedes-Benz 300E sedan with

burgundy leather interiors and various extras (including wheel

lock kit and hitch). This is a one-owner car, purchased and picked

up in Germany and lovingly cared for by the same owner for 30-plus

years and 138,000 miles. Itwas shipped to the U.S., and has been

garaged its entire life.
